Refund policy

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made as you agreed to the terms at the time of purchase.

Returns:
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the receipt of your product to return it. If 14 days have passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care products.
Initiating the process: If you would like to return a product, please email: info@taylormanchester.com with your order number, reason for return, a photo of the product in case of damage, and your contact details.

Refunds:
Procedure: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you with approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 30 days to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund within 30 days, first check your bank account. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at info@taylor.com

Costs:
Return Shipping Costs: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending your return with Track & Trace, as we are not responsible for lost returns. The return must be shipped to China, and the costs start at €20, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Exceptions:

Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a replacement free of charge. If the error persists a second time, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our automated system.
